Shipping, Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping
Here’s the deal. We ship orders straight from our workshop. And we ship within 24 weekday hours from the time your order is placed. We don’t muck around with drop shippers or warehouses. If there’s a temporary shortage of a specific style or size, your order might be delayed. If that’s the case, you can bet your sweet bippy we’ll be working hard to prepare your gear and ship it as fast as possible.

Domestic orders over $100 ship for free. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 on all domestic orders under $100. We ship everything USPS Priority Mail and we’ll let you know when it’s on the way. Please allow 1-3 business days for your gear to arrive.

Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International/Canada Post.  Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process.  In addition, KC Jacks charges a $5 fee for additional governmental stuff(?).  Upon delivery, Canada Post will generally require a $9.95CAD handling fee for items that have been assessed an import duty.

Exchanges
Great gear should fit great. Period. If yours doesn’t, simply return the item(s) you would like to exchange to KC Jacks at the address below with your instructions on the packing slip telling us the item/color/size you would prefer.  Once we receive your package, we will charge/refund any price difference on the item(s), and ship to you free of charge.

    Returns
    Sometimes, things don’t work out. We get that. We’re happy to accept your return for any reason and issue you a refund as long as three simple requirements are met:

    1. Your gear is unwashed, unworn and complete with tags
    2. We receive your return within 60 days of purchase. Returns after 60 days will not be accepted. Don’t dilly dally.
    3. Your return was purchased on KCJacks.com

    Here’s how it works:

    1. You package the gear to be returned, place original packing slip inside the package and seal it up. (Don’t have the original packing slip? Include a note that tells us why you’re returning the item, your order number, the purchaser’s name, address, phone number and/or email address.)
    2. You place postage on your package and ship it to the following address. (Please use a trackable shipping method. We don’t issue credit for gear lost in transit.)

    3. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your refund to the payment method used to process the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. (Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless KC Jacks made an error.)

    Cancellations
    We can’t cancel or change an order once it’s been submitted. Review your order carefully before you click “submit.”

    Product Guarantee
    We stand behind our gear and guarantee it won’t have any flaws or failures. That being said, we do not guarantee our gear under the following circumstances:

    • Ordinary wear and tear
    • Damage from misuse, improper care or negligence
    • Unusual wear and tear or extreme abuse
    • Loss or damage from natural disasters, fire or accidents
    • Missing or defaced labels
    • Contamination or soiling beyond a reasonable expectation
    • Personal circumstances (such as weight loss) unrelated to product design or purpose

    Every item is subject to evaluation by the KC Jacks team.
