Q: Do I have to place my order online?
A: Yes. KC Jacks is only an online retailer.

Q: How can I determine the right size to order?
A: We have more size combinations and odd size options than just about any other brand. Please click here for sizing guidelines.

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

Q: Can you ship to an international address?
A: Yes, but only to Canada at this time.

Q: Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
A: We can’t cancel or change an order once it’s been submitted. Please review your order carefully before you click “submit.”

Q: How do I make a return?
A: Sometimes, things don’t work out. We get that. We’re happy to accept your return for any reason and issue you a refund as long as three simple requirements are met:

  • Your gear is unwashed, unworn and complete with tags
  • We receive your return within 60 days of purchase. Returns after 60 days will not be accepted. Don’t dilly dally.
  • Your return was purchased on KCJacks.com

Q: Can I make an exchange?
A: Great gear should fit great. Period. If yours doesn’t, simply return the item(s) you would like to exchange to KC Jacks at the address below with your instructions on the packing slip telling us the item/color/size you would prefer.  Once we receive your package, we will charge/refund any price difference on the item(s), and ship to you free of charge.

A: Absolutely. Our fabrics are sourced in America, woven in America and stitched in America. Around here, we take “made in America” seriously.
